• CRM and system setup
• Ongoing support and maintenance

We do not guarantee specific results such as number of calls, bookings, or revenue.

2. Service Start

Services begin once payment is received and all required onboarding information is submitted.

3. Fees & Payments

• A one-time setup fee is required before onboarding begins
• Monthly subscription fees apply for continued service
• Additional usage-based fees may apply
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Maintain valid phone and system access
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws (TCPA, privacy laws)
• Not misuse, resell, or reverse engineer the system

5. Cancellation

• Services are month-to-month
• Clients may cancel with prior notice
• No refunds for partial billing periods

6. Third-Party Services

Our system uses third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel and Twilio. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these platforms.

7. Data & Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share personal data for third-party marketing.

8. Messaging & Communication

By interacting with our system or contacting us, you agree to receive communication related to our services.

We only send messages after a user has initiated contact or expressed interest.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for:

• Non-payment
• Violation of terms
• Misuse of services

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
